Powerful Voices; Solid Messages

Signal Speakers began in late 2016 as a spark of an idea. After successfully managing her own publishing company, Laree Lindburg felt a nudge in a new direction.

Author after author came through our custom publishing house many of whom possessed an impressive talent for speaking. I realized a potential business lay at hand; an opportunity to couple a writer’s ability with their speaking skills. Prayerfully, I consulted with a good friend who is also an industry professional, then in faith, Signal Speakers began.

No matter what you might desire for your event or audience, Signal has the ideal speaker to meet your needs.

A click on the speaker's profile will take you to their personal speaker page where you can read through a more in-depth biography, view available video clips, browse message topics and descriptions, and check out any media the speaker has published.

June 1, 2018: Signal Speakers and Ignite Advisory Group come together as strategic partners to bring today's Christian communicators to organizations and churches across America and around the world!

Drew McClure

At one point in my life…

I woke up to reality that I was bored, stuck, and unimpressed with my life. This was not what was promised to me in college. I was supposed to change the world. I was supposed to live an adventurous life. I was supposed to be doing what I love and loving what I was doing. Oh and I was supposed to be healthy and happy too.

Well there was one problem…

I was given promises without preparation. I had a magnificent and terrifying mountain to climb with no clue how to actually summit a mountain like that. There was an incredible vertical distance between what could be and what actually was. I had passion and desire for all of those things but no clue how to attain them. To go further up the mountain I had to go on a journey and I had to ask for help A LOT along the way. I have not arrived, but I am not stuck anymore. I am happier, healthier, and more effective at doing my work in the world than I have ever been.

Ed Hearn

In 1986, Ed did get to be a Major League baseball player. He even played for a World Series championship team in his rookie year (NY Mets 1986). In that same year, he met a beautiful nurse and they would become teammates for life. The following season, he earned his first starting position when he was traded to the Kansas City Royals who hoped that he would be the final piece of the puzzle that would return them to the World Series.

Suddenly, after finding the woman he loves and embarking on what should be the most successful period in his life, the fairy tale came crashing down. His perfect world was shattered by a serious career-ending shoulder injury. Sidelined from the game he so dearly loved, his faith was put to the test.

Tara DeMaris

Tara, founder and president of Titus II Woman Ministry, writes and speaks on forgiveness, motherhood, parenting teen girls, Saying "Yes" to God, and Being the Titus II Woman--among other topics.  Her passion is in reaching the hearts of women for the glory of God through real and godly relationships and the Truth of Scripture.

Will Severns

To help memorize verses in the past, Will Severns would use an acronym approach by writing the first letter in Sharpie on top of a rubber band. Unfortunately, the Sharpie would wear off, and the rubber band would snap. However, while a freshman at Taylor University, the Lord placed the idea for Membands on his heart, and it slowly grew from there. Over the next few years, different people were placed in Will's path to help make this dream a reality. The product kept developing to where it is today, and Membands are not far off from reaching the whole country.

Kevin Sorbo

From his humble upbringing in a small Midwestern town to portraying an invincible demigod on TV (Hercules), to fighting for his life in a traumatic health incident, Kevin Sorbo takes audiences on a journey through his incredible and harrowing experiences and offers an inspiring message of resilience, hope and faith.

Kevin Sorbo captured hearts and thrilled audiences around the globe in Hercules: The Legendary Journeys. What most people don’t know is how close he came to death after suffering a series of strokes toward the end of filming this television series. Through the grace of God, friends and family, Sorbo triumphed through a long and arduous healing process, which he shares in his best-selling book True Strength. Since then, Sorbo has continued to excel as an actor, producer, and director in many outstanding and critically acclaimed film and television projects, including his role as an atheist philosophy professor challenged by one of his students in the wildly successful film God’s Not Dead. A devoted husband and father, Sorbo is the national spokesperson for the Afterschool Alliance, a nonprofit organization working to ensure that all children have access to quality after-school programs, and a national spokesperson for A World Fit For Kids!, a nonprofit group that gives young people the training, tools and support they need to achieve their goals and lead fit and fulfilling lives.
